Cornwall Festival of Tech

A celebration and exploration of digital skills for all jobs, innovation in delivering training and education, and the future of Cornwall’s tech sector.

About Cornwall Festival of Tech

A big part of our mission of Software Cornwall and the Digital Skills Partnership is to raise the profile of the tech sector here in Cornwall, and the opportunties there are for everyone in the county.

To this end, one of our plans was to co-host a tech festival.

This was a plan for 2023, but we're very pleased to announce that this month we are trialling the concept with a very special series of events under the banner of the Cornwall Festival of Tech.

There's something for everyone. Workshops for families, a Digital Marketplace event run by Unlocking potential, an investigation into encouraging women into tech, and even a tech jam for grown ups at St Austell brewery.

The festival also includes the launch of our recent Digital Skills report for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, which highlights some huge gaps and also huge opportunties.

Sign up to make sure you hear about all the events you can join this May, and please let us know what you'd like to see next year.
